We start by combining all the dry ingredients, add to them 200 ml of water and butter, then knead the dough. We mix it well and leave it for 40-50 minutes in a warm place - let it rise. When the dough increases in volume approximately twice, it needs to be mashed once more (to get carbon dioxide), then again leave the minutes for 20-30. Now proceed directly to the pizza. Roll the dough to the desired size and thickness, evenly grease it with tomato sauce (or another pizza sauce). Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese. We lay out on the surface of the pizza its stuffing - shrimps and capers. If desired, you can add other favorite ingredients. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 220 degrees. Done! :)
