Salad of shrimp and squid - the necessary ingredients:

squids - 250 g - shrimp - 250 g
- cucumber-gherkins - 6-8 pieces.
- bulb - 1 pc.
- large tomato, fleshy - 1 pc.
- olives without stones - 100 g
- parsley finely chopped - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 1 clove
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper black ground - to taste
- green salad for serving
Step-by-step recipe with photo:
- First you need to prepare squid. Carcasses (can even be frozen) are put in a bowl and poured with steep boiling water. Almost immediately, the squid film begins to fold. Now it is easy to remove it manually under a stream of running cold water. After this, you can extract the chord - a transparent long rod.
- Boil the prepared squid and shrimp. It must be remembered that squid is cooked very quickly, quite literally 3 minutes. If you cook longer - the meat will be tough, "rubber". Prawns are also boiled, and then extracted from the shell, if they were not originally cleaned.
- Squids are cut into strips and fried in a small fire in olive oil. In the process, they need to salt and pepper. In the same way, but separately from squid, shrimps are fried.
- Now came the turn of cutting vegetables. The onion is cut into rings or semirings. Cucumbers - straws, tomatoes - thin slices.
- Dressing, salad dressing is prepared from olive oil and lemon juice, seasoned with salt, pepper, chopped garlic. The oil mixed with lemon juice is not very good, so you need to pay special attention to it.
- All the ingredients are ready, you can start serving. As it is a celebratory version of a salad with squid and shrimps, it is made out on an appropriate basis. The dish is laid out with green salad leaves, on them a slide - fried squid and shrimp, on top - cut vegetables. Around whole or large-sliced olives and gherkins are laid. All this is poured over with salad dressing and sprinkled with chopped parsley. Done, you can serve to the table!
