- Shrimp (peeled and cooked) - 500 Grams
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Dill - 1 st. a spoon
- Finely chopped onions - 1/2 Teaspoons
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 50 Grams
- Baguette - 1 piece
The only thing you need to cook is shrimp. We clean them, take off our heads and tails. We spread them into boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then we take it out of the water and let it dry. All the ingredients, except baguette, are ground in a blender to homogeneity - and the shrimp paste is ready. It remains only to smear on the sliced baguette (baguette can be replaced with white bread). For beauty, we cut off the crusts of baguette or white bread, so that only the crumb remains, we spread the paste on the bread - and serve it to the table. On personal sensations, it is best combined with fresh cucumber and herbs.
