- Pork (cutlets on the bone) - 4 pieces
- Mozzarella cheese, a ball - 1 piece
- Honey - 2 Art. spoons
- Soy sauce - 2 items. spoons
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
1. Prepare the marinade. In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce, chop the garlic and add it here. 2. With a knife handle, we carefully beat off every piece of meat. 3. In a bowl, shift the meat, pour the marinade and shake the bowl (each slice should be covered with soy-honey composition). The bowl is covered with a film and we remove it for two hours in the refrigerator. 4. Preheat the frying pan (use a grilled frying pan better). We put the meat on a heated frying pan and fry on both sides until cooked. 5. We cut the plates with mazarella (thickness two or three mm). Slices of meat we put on a baking tray, slices of mozzarella we shall spread out from above on meat and we put under a grill in an oven. 6. Put the meat on the plate as soon as the cheese melts. Serve with a vegetable salad
