- Mozzarella cheese - 125 Grams
- Cheddar cheese - 50 Grams

- fillet of chicken breast - 4 pieces
- smoked bacon - 8 Slices
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Stir in the bowl finely chopped Mozzarella, grated cheese on a large grater Cheddar and mustard. Make a deep cut in each chicken fillet, trying not to cut through the meat. In the resulting "pocket" lay a cheese-mustard mixture. Wrap each fillet with two slices of bacon, so that the filling does not fall out. Put on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
