I propose to serve bitochki portionwise, adding sour cream, fresh vegetables and greens.
Ingredients:- Salmon steak 400g
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
- Butter 30 g
- Parsley fresh 3 g
- Seasoning for fish 1 g
- Salt 3 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Tomatoes 150 g
- Onion 60 pcs.
- Potatoes 600 g
- Step 1 Prepare the main products: fish, potatoes, tomatoes, onions.
- Step 2 Rinse the salmon. Peel onion and garlic. Put fish and vegetables in boiling salted water, cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Take out. Cool it down.
- Step 3 Peel potatoes, pour hot fish broth. Salt, boil until cooked. Drain the liquid in a separate container, potatoch potatoes in puree, adding butter and add the broth as necessary, so as not to get dry and not liquid puree.
- Step 4 Rinse the tomatoes, peel the skin. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Wash the parsley and chop it.
- Step 5 Add the tomatoes and herbs in the mashed potatoes.
