Let the yeast brew for 5 minutes, after which we add olive oil, salt and sugar to the bowl. Stirring. We pour the resulting mixture into a large bowl, there we sift the flour. With a wooden spoon or spatula, mix the dough. Do not worry that you will get a very sticky dough that does not look like a regular pizza dough. So it should be, thanks to this, the dough turns out to be very gentle, soft. Roll the dough into a bowl, sprinkle the sides of the bowl with olive oil (so the dough will be easier to remove from the bowl). Cover the bowl with the test towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Dough for this time should rise, increase in volume. In the meantime, let's deal with the filling. Finely chop the tomatoes. Parmigiano and mozzarella grate and mix. Garlic is cleaned and cut into thin slices. Oven reheat to 250 degrees. Spread half the dough on the working surface, sprinkled with flour. Roll out the dough. The shape of the pizza can be any - round, square, oval. You can even bake a heart shaped :) Sprinkle the rolled dough with olive oil. We lay out on the test slices of garlic. We spread thinly sliced ​​tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. As mentioned above, if you wish, you can add any other ingredients to the filling. The main thing is not to regret the cheese, otherwise the pizza will turn dry. Cheese should be a lot. Pizza is transferred to a preheated oven to 250 degrees.
