Black rice with tofu and tomatoes

Onion finely chop, cloves of garlic cut into 2-3 parts. Fry 2-3 minutes in a frying pan in olive oil, then add the half-cherry tomatoes cut in half and fry for another 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Then add the diced cheese tofu in a frying pan and fry together for another 5 minutes, without stopping stirring. At the very end, if desired, you can add a little bit of oregano (marjoram). In parallel, we will cook black rice. Black rice is brewed like this: throw it into boiling salted water (water should be 2 times more than rice), cook without lid for 20-30 minutes until cooked. If the water boils, and the rice is not yet ready - add water. Ready rice looks like this. Readiness rice is easiest to check with the grandfather's method - try :) Ready rice add to the frying pan to vegetables and tofu, warm up one minute - and remove from the fire. Bon Appetit!
