Its peculiarity is that such a pizza will decorate your exquisite festive table (you can put a delicate filling), but it will also be convenient for a picnic, because this pizza can be divided into many small Roll Rolls, the filling in which is not outside but inside.

- Wheat flour 3 tbsp.

- Step 1 For the preparation of pizza prepare the following products: flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water, olive oil - for dough; boiled ham, Parmesan cheese, sweet peppers, tomatoes and tomato sauce for filling.

- Step 5 Finish the dough again, and divide into 2 parts. Contrary to tradition, for this pizza you need to roll out the dough with a rolling pin, although for convenience at first you can and pomraminate with your hands. We need a layer about 25x40 cm in size.
- Step 6 Grease the rolled dough with olive oil first, and then with tomato sauce, leaving one horizontal edge 4 cm ungreased.
- Step 7 Cut the ham and tomatoes into thin slices, and the peppers are also very thin strips. The thickness should be minimal - 1-2 mm. Of course, the chief assistant in such cutting is a very sharp knife.
- Step 8 Lay thin slices of ham with sparse strips, and strip peppers between them.
- Step 9 Place the tomatoes on top of the ham and pepper. Using a special cheese cutter or vegetable peeler, to plan the finest petals of Parmesan cheese. Cheese is also decomposed in the entire surface.
- Step 10 Gently roll the dough into a roll. How much you do it, depends on the fineness of cutting ingredients.
- Step 11 Cut the roll into slices 3 cm thick and put them into the mold. Repeat the entire procedure with the second part of the test to fill the entire form. Put the pizza into the oven and bake at 220 ° C. The cooking time is approximately 20 minutes, taking into account the individual features of the oven.
