Preparation of tasty Easter dishes

The holiday of the Bright Sunday is always associated with the first meal after the Vigil service, when, at last, you can be pampered with meals, forbidden during the long Lent. Preparing tasty Easter dishes will not take you much time, and loved ones will enjoy delicious dishes.

Cottage cheese and eggs are rich in the enzyme methionine (lowers cholesterol in the blood and improves liver function), and also delivers the calories needed during the fasting of the body. Cashew nuts contribute to the normalization of metabolism, strengthening immunity, cardiovascular system.


Curd Easter

- 200 grams of cottage cheese, 2 eggs,

- 70 g of butter,

- 80 ml of culinary cream with 30% fat content,

- 30 g of powdered sugar,

- 20 g raisins,

- 20 grams of roasted cashew,

- 20 g of colored candied fruits.

Laying eggs in the refrigerator tray, make sure that they are located with a pointed end down. In this position they will be stored three times longer.

If the cottage cheese is too acidic, mix it for an hour, then throw it over the cheesecloth and let the milk drain to pre-cook delicious Easter dishes. If desired, whipped cream can be replaced with non-acid sour cream. Add a little raw egg white to it - and it will be whipped no worse than cream.

1. Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve.

2. Pour into it whipped egg yolks.

3. Beat whipped proteins and cream, combine them with the bulk.

4. Add the butter.

5. Mix thoroughly.

6. Add raisins and candied fruit. Pour in the shredded nuts.

7. Fill the resulting mass of silicone molds, put it for several hours in the refrigerator, then take it out of the molds and serve.


Throughout the form

Our ancestors, not spoiled with ready-made Easter cakes, must have kept a special mold for Easter at home - a packager, or a paschnik. Nowadays, advanced cooks use silicone baking molds, which, unlike metal ones, are more flexible, and are suitable for preparing delicious Easter dishes. This makes it easy to remove ready-made culinary masterpieces from them and does not allow a liquid test to spread out. If you want your Easter or Easter cake to be a success, trust in the traditions of your ancestors.

Spicy chicken with honey, baked in the oven

Ingredients

- 1 medium-sized chicken;

- 2 tbsp. l. rock salt;

- 1 tsp. honey; black ground pepper, thyme, sage, paprika - to taste.

For decoration

- 5 quail eggs,

- 5 cherry tomatoes,

- 30 grams of salad mix.

Preparation.

Remove the gutted chicken, dry it a little and rub it with a mixture of honey, salt and spices, then place it on the grate of the oven, heated to 180C. Cook for about 50 minutes, every 10 minutes opening the oven and watering the carcass dripping onto the baking tray. Serve with a salad mix, halves of hard-boiled quail eggs and cherry tomatoes.

Chicken meat is a valuable source of protein, contains B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, zinc and iron. These substances, as well as carnosine (a powerful antioxidant) increase immunity and improve the body.


Easter salad

Ingredients

- 1 fresh tomato,

- 1 fresh cucumber,

- 2 small pickled cobs of corn,

- 50 g of pickled onion,

- 100 g fillet of veal,

- 2 quail eggs,

- 2 tbsp. l. small pickled honey,

- 1 tbsp. l. canned capers,

- olive oil for frying.

For refueling

- 2 egg yolks,

- 1 tbsp. l. Dijon mustard,

- 1 tbsp. l. culinary cream 30% fat,

- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar, 100 g of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation.

All the ingredients are cut into large pieces to make delicious Easter dishes. Beat the egg yolks with mustard. In the resulting mass, pour the cream, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients thoroughly with the dressing. Serve with a slide on the plate.

Olive oil supplies the body with monounsaturated fatty acids, which fight with insufficient blood supply to the heart. Quail eggs are a natural vitamin complex.

Beef steak

Ingredients

- 1 beef entrecote,

- large sea salt to taste.

For marinade

- 50 ml of olive oil,

- 1 g of dry thyme,

- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves,

- Ground red and black pepper to taste.

Preparation.

Prepare the marinade in advance: mix the butter with spices and insist for several days in a dark cool place. Wash the meat, dry it, pour the marinade and fry it on the grill grill, heated to 200C (for a piece about 2.5 cm thick it will take 2.5 minutes for each side). After this, the steak can be served. To make the meat well fried, you need to bring it to the ready for 10 minutes in the oven, heated to 180C. Before serving, sprinkle steak with large sea salt.


Homemade sausage

Ingredients

- 400 g of beef,

- 400 grams of lean pork,

- 300 g of lard,

- 100 g of onions,

- 50 grams of garlic,

- 1 m of purified guts,

- salt and pepper to taste.

For decoration

Salad leaves, marinated mushrooms.

Preparation.

Meat, lard, onions and garlic finely crumble, mix well with salt and pepper. Prepared minced meat to pre-washed gut. Collapse the spiral in 2 - 4 turns and lay on a baking tray. Use a toothpick to make a series of holes at a distance of about 10 cm from each other so that the bowel does not burst. Cook the sausage 20-25 minutes in the oven, heated to 180 C. Serve, decorated with salad leaves and pickled mushrooms.
