Omelette puff pastry

Products:

5 eggs, 0.5 cups of milk, salt, pepper to taste, butter or margarine for frying.

Preparation:

Take 5 eggs, separate the yolks from the proteins. In the protein mass, pour 0.5 cup of milk, add salt and pepper to taste. Whisk the yolks and pour on a hot (with oil or margarine) frying pan.

In a separate frying pan, fry protein-milk mass. Then lay the protein layer over the yolk. You can make an interlayer between them according to your taste: from crushed tomatoes, lettuce leaves, chopped sausages, etc.
