Orange fuczza Delicious second course where thin rice noodles are well combined with fried mushrooms and turns orange in appearance due to the fact that we use two spices - red ground paprika and orange turmeric, which give this rich and delicious color! Creamy sauce gives the dish a complete look and makes it juicy!
Ingredients:- Mushrooms champignons 150 g
- Cream 300 ml
- Black pepper powder 0.5 g
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Turmeric 1.5 g
- Paprika sweet ground 2 tsp.
- Parsley fresh 0.3 bunch
- Sweet pepper 1 g
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Rice noodles 180 g
- Sunflower refined oil 150 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the stuff with the mushrooms, we need thin rice noodles, low-fat cream, champignons, red sweet pepper, purple onion, fresh parsley, sunflower refined oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper, ground paprika and turmeric.
- Step 2 Champignons are well washed and cut into thin plates.
- Step 3 We clean and chop onion.
- Step 4 Sweet pepper, clean from internal partitions and seeds and cut into small cubes.
- Step 5 Fry the mushrooms on sunflower refined oil.
- Step 6 Add the chopped peppers and onions to the mushrooms.
- Step 7 Fry until soft pepper.
- Step 8 Add the salt, black pepper, paprika and turmeric.
- Step 9 Pour the cream.
- Step 10 Cover with a lid and simmer for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next, parsley greens are crushed and added to the mushrooms in a creamy sauce.
- Step 11 Put rice noodles into a deep bowl, pour cold water for 3 minutes, then drain the cold water and pour boiling water for 5 minutes. After that, boil the water.
- Step 12 Add the finished rice noodles in the cream sauce to the mushrooms.
- Step 13 Stir, put on a slow fire and cook another 2 minutes, periodically gently stirring. With a sharp knife, you can cut the fungus directly in a frying pan, so that the noodles are not too long. We serve the table in hot form immediately after preparation.
