The flu comes every fall or winter. First, we are scared of the epidemic for a long time. Release the right nostril, hold the left nostril. Gently exhale for 5-6 seconds through the right nostril. Repeat everything starting with the left nostril. Carry out 5 minutes.

4. Be sure to apply respiratory gymnastics for 15 minutes 4 times a day, preferably at a specific time.

5. Eat an abundant hot drink - cranberry juice, blueberry jelly, pulmonary collection of herbs (buy in a pharmacy), teas from currant leaves or plantain, oregano.

6. Set circular mustard plasters, take "Thermopsis" 2 tablets 6 times a day (children's dosage - 1 tablet 6 times a day) for 2 weeks.

7. Do steam inhalations with soda, as well as with phytoncides of garlic and black radish.

Return to the starting position, sharply exhaling through the mouth. Execute 5-8 times a day.

• Starting position - lie on the floor on your back. Bend the right leg in the knee, clasping it with both hands, and press it for 10-15 seconds to the chest. Release the pressed leg and straighten it, rest. Do the same with the left foot. After that, bend both feet at once, clasping them with your hands, and press your knees to your chest, head down to your knees; stay in this position for 10-15 seconds. These 3 movements are one exercise. Do it 4 times in the morning and in the evening. Breathing is calm, superficial: inhalation - when bending the knees, pause - while pressing the knees to the chest, exhaling - when returning to the starting position.
