For the preparation of jam from pumpkins and oranges, you must, of course, choose a good pumpkin. They say that a too mature pumpkin loses its basic taste and vitamins, so choose a "semi-ready" vegetable. Find a wide enamel pot, in which we will cook this miracle brew. Step-by-step recipe for making jam from pumpkins and oranges (in our case - one orange) is as follows: 1. Wash the pumpkin, peel and select the seeds. Cut slices approximately 9 mm. 2. Rinse the orange, peel, select the seeds, and pass the pulp through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. Select a peel. 3. At the bottom of the pan lay a layer of pumpkin, sprinkle with sugar, top with a thin layer of orange gruel, then again pumpkin, sugar, orange puree and so "work" until the food runs out. 4. Our pumpkin-sugar-orange blank is left alone for 12 hours. It is desirable in a dark and cool place. 5. After 12 hours, add a glass of water to the pan and bring to a boil, then cook for half an hour on low heat. 6. We put the prepared jam on the sterilized jars and roll them up.
