Raspberry diet (for 3 days)

This diet is not only very tasty, but also useful. In addition, it has a rejuvenating effect and cleanses the body.



FIRST DAY

Breakfast : 100 grams of cottage cheese or 200 ml of ryazhenka, 100 g of raspberry.
2nd breakfast : 150 g of milk jelly with raspberries.
Lunch : 200 g of boiled chicken meat with raspberry sauce.
Dinner : 1 glass of milkshake with 100 g of raspberries.


SECOND DAY

Breakfast : 200 ml low-fat yogurt or kefir, 100 g raspberries.
2nd breakfast : 200 g raspberries with 2 teaspoons of honey.
Lunch : 150 g of boiled fish, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, greens.
Dinner : 200 g raspberries with 1 tablespoon hazelnut.


THE THIRD DAY

Breakfast : 200 ml of kefir or curdled milk, 100 g of raspberry.
2nd breakfast : 200 g raspberries, ground with 50 g walnuts.
Lunch : 50 g of boiled veal, 150 g of salad from white cabbage and carrots with 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Dinner : 2 baked apples with raisins and raspberry sauce.
