It is produced very poorly and is fully formed only by three years. Of course, with a small child it's better to rest in the middle lane. But if you really want and the child is already 3 years old, you can go to the south. Only not on a week trip! The children's organism is painfully endured by climate change, and at least the first five days will go to adaptation. Therefore, any doctor recommends that you go with your child on a trip for at least a month. Wherever you relax - outside the city or in a seaside resort - observe the rules of sunbathing, so that the baby comes back rested and strengthened. What to wear?

As the theater begins with a hanger, so rest - with fees. The main thing - do not go to extremes. Do not take a lot of clothes with you, especially if you are going to stay on the beach for long. You can also take light slippers to prevent the child from burning on the hot sand, although practice shows that children like to walk barefoot. Children under 6-7 years of age need not wear swimming trunks or swimsuits. It is better, if the kid runs on the beach and bathes naked. How not to scorch?

It is better to buy a special baby sunscreen (now they are produced by many brands), especially if you go to the beach for the first time and do not yet know how the skin reacts to your baby's sun. Children's products are designed specifically for the delicate and sensitive skin of the child, they always have a high SPF, and they are less likely to cause allergies. Remember: the sun does not interfere with healthy sunburn and "make-up" vitamin D, so do not be afraid to overdo it. In addition to the cream and panama, from the intense sun can protect clothes made from natural materials (unlike synthetics, natural fabrics let no more than 1% of the radiation pass). How to swim?

Be as cautious as possible, even if the child is already completely independent. Try to stay as close to the shore as possible, where the water is as warm as possible. If the child enters the water on his own, make sure that the water level is not bigger for the baby than for the chest. If your baby does not know how to stay on the water, take a special circle, inflatable armlets or a children's mattress - the baby will be more cheerful, but you are calmer. Than snacking?

Do not use the services of beach cafes and all the more do not buy baby patties that are offered by local grandmothers. In the heat, products quickly deteriorate, besides, you can not be sure of their quality. It is better to collect the "food basket" in advance. Put in it tomatoes and cucumbers (they have a lot of liquid, and they do not create gravity in the stomach), carrots, it contains beta-carotene, which helps to resist the sun. In addition, children so love to crunch it, apricots, apples and other sweet fruits and dried fruits. Strawberries, currants, blueberries are also good in the heat. Do not forget to wash vegetables, fruits and berries beforehand - on the beach you will not have the opportunity to do it. If your youngster shows a healthy appetite, grab the buns without fillers, cookies or bread. How not to get bored?
