Let's try to prepare different dishes. Today we have a delicious soup with cheese, vegetables and chicken. Bon Appetit!
Ingredients:- Chicken thigh 3 pcs.
- Celery root 200 g
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Brynza 150 g
- Parsley fresh 5 sprigs
- Fresh dill 5 sprigs
- Fenugreek (Shambhala) seeds 1 tsp.
- Green onion 5 pen
- Salt 2 g
- Water boiled 1200 ml
- Step 1 To make soup, you need to take chicken thighs, celery root, small carrots, brynza (I took home cooking), green onions, parsley, dill, fenugreek, water.
- Step 2 Chicken thighs, wash, dry, skin, cut into small pieces.
- Step 3 Put the meat in a bowl multivarki (I have a Panasonic multivarka). Close the multivark cover. Enable the "Baking" mode, set the time to 30 minutes.
- Step 4 In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the soup. To cut a cube cheese.
- Step 5 Dice the celery root.
- Step 6 Grind parsley and dill, chop the onions and garlic finely, cut the carrots into cubes.
- Step 7 After 30 minutes, the meat will look like this.
- Step 8 Add the celery root to the meat, crushed fenugreek seeds.
- Step 9 Add the chopped greens, garlic and carrots to the bowl.
- Step 10 Add the chopped cheese to the meat bowl with vegetables.
- Step 11 Pour the contents of the bowl with 1200 ml of boiling water. Close the multivark cover. Enable Steam cooking mode, set the time to 20 minutes. After this time, activate the "Quenching" mode for 1 hour.
- Step 12 Turn off the multivark. Open the lid. The soup is ready. Add salt to taste. Remember that some of the cheese has been given to the broth.
- Step 13 Pour the soup into a ceramic pan. Serve hot for dinner. To the soup can add sour cream or dress with hot cream.
