Meatloaf Meat rolls are popular with many people. Usually pre-prepared in various ways stuffed meat baked in the oven. This snack can not be cooked quickly - the meat should be marinated for several hours, and then long languish on a slow fire.
Ingredients:- Pork breast 1500 g
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Garlic 1 head
- Mixture of spices for pork 30 g
- Bay leaf 7 pcs.
- Salt 60 g
- Step 1 To prepare the roll, we need a pork belly (or peritoneum), carrots, spices, garlic and salt.
- Step 2 The meat is washed, drained and cut not completely to the end, in each meat compartment with a knife inside the pockets of the pockets.
- Step 3 Carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater.
- Step 4 Mix the spices with salt.

- Step 10 When the water boils, reduce the fire to a minimum. With a very slow boiling, cook the meat under the lid for 3-4 hours. Cool in broth.
- Step 11 When the meat becomes warm, remove it from the broth, let it drain.
- Step 12 Place the roll in a suitable container, cover and crush it with a load. Put in the refrigerator until completely cooled and pressed.
- Step 13 Take the roll, beautifully sliced and served with mustard, horseradish, pickled vegetables.
