We prepare radish This salad is associated with the arrival of many colds, when it is still far to the spring cucumbers and tomatoes, we remember a useful root crop like radish. As we know varieties of radishes there are many, in contrast to traditional black radish, salads are more often used green (Magellan), as its structure and taste is more gentle. In order to let the salad taste brighter, carrots and cheese are added to the radish, and garlic is a matter of taste. Do not forget about vitamin salads in the cold season!
Ingredients:- Radish green 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Gouda cheese 50g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare a salad you will need: radish, carrots, semisolid cheese, garlic and mayonnaise (natural yogurt).
- Step 2 To make radish less acute, it needs to be peeled and put in cold water for 15 minutes.
- Step 3 Grate and rub the carrots on a large grater.
- Step 4 Grate the cheese on the same grater.
- Step 5 On a fine grater or through a press grind garlic (half a clove).
- Step 6 Put the soaked radish on a large grater.
- Step 7 Fold all the ingredients in a bowl, salt and mix with mayonnaise (it can be replaced with natural yogurt or sour cream).
- Step 8 Serve, sprinkling with herbs.
