Preparation of a salad from carrots and onions: Cut mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Add the chopped onion and fry for 2 more minutes. Allow to cool. Put the boiled potatoes on the dish, giving it the shape of a carrot. Then lay a layer of mushrooms with onion and a layer of chopped sausage. Cover with mayonnaise. Lay the layer of chopped eggs and grease again with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the top with finely grated carrots. Cover the salad with carrots and mushrooms with a clean cellophane bag and shape the carrots. Decorate the carrot salad with dill and put in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
