Salad with chicken, croutons and tomatoes Salads are an eternal fantasy of combining products! In the spring, you already want something lighter, more fresh vegetables. Here and today we offer a recipe for salad with chicken breast, fresh tomatoes and lettuce leaves. As a dressing, take sour cream with mustard, but you can use just sour cream or a few spoons of homemade mayonnaise, or even make some sauce. In this salad, the lightness, due to the vegetables, and the satiety, which gives boiled chicken and beans, combine well. We took the red canned beans in our own juice, you can use white beans. When choosing beans, pay attention to the labels on the label - in the product should be only beans, water, salt and sugar. Also, canned beans are more useful than boiled beans, since more useful substances are stored in it.
Ingredients:- Chicken breast 300 g
- Tomatoes 3 pcs.
- Salad green 1 beam
- Red bean canned 150 g
- Rye crackers 50 g
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
- Mustard 1 tsp.
- Salt 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad you will need chicken breast, tomatoes, lettuce, red canned beans, rye crumbs and for sour cream dressing, mustard and a pinch of salt.
- Step 2 Boil the chicken breast (pour cold water, add the scented pepper, bay leaf and a pinch of salt - cook for 30 minutes from the boiling point). Then cool and cut into cubes.
- Step 3 2-3 wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
- Step 4 Lettuce well washed in several waters, dried and cut.
- Step 5 For filling, combine sour cream and mustard - mix everything well.
- Step 6 Combine the chicken breast, tomatoes, lettuce, 3 tablespoons of beans and dressing.
- Step 7 Mix well the salad, add salt to taste. Serve the salad, adding a handful of rye crumbs.
