WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 150-200 g dried dog rose
- 20 grams of black tea
- a strip of orange peel length of 6-7 cm
WHAT TO DO:
In a saucepan, boil water with sugar. Add the dog rose and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Then remove from heat, fill with this infusion of black tea, add orange zest and let it brew for 15-20 minutes.
Strain through a sieve. Pour out the glasses. Serve warm. If desired, you can add honey.
