- grenade - 1 piece
- fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- mustard - 1 teaspoon
- olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- a bunch of spinach - 2 pieces
- fried sunflower seeds - 2 Art. spoons
- avocado - 1 piece
- coarse salt and ground pepper - Part 1
Clean the pomegranate and remove the grains. In a large bowl, whip 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, mustard and oil, season with salt and pepper. Add spinach, sunflower seeds and pomegranate seeds. Slice the avocado into thin slices and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Put them on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
