When the chicken fillet is covered with a confident brownish crust, pour apple cider into the brazier and add the honey-mustard sauce. Stir, reduce heat and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. During this time the sauce will thicken, and the chicken will come to the ready. Chicken fillet in honey-mustard sauce is ready! Serve hot with some garnish - as for me, the best suited boiled rice.
