- Butter - 200 Grams

- milk powder - 100 Grams
- powdered sugar - 75 Grams
Frying pan and melt the butter on it. When the oil begins to boil and bubbling, add sesame seeds and lightly fry. After the sesame lightly darkens, add the powdered milk and powdered sugar. The resulting mass should be thoroughly mixed with a wooden spoon or spatula. Then the mixture should be poured into a greased form and sent to freeze in the refrigerator for about an hour. After the burfi has completely solidified, cut it into cubes.
