Salad with egg pancakes Salad is a favorite kind of snack, which is always welcome on weekdays and on holidays. An unusual taste of this salad is given to egg pancakes. If you are going to prepare such a salad for a feast where men will be present, it can be slightly "heavier", replacing boiled chicken with a smoked breast, believe me, it will not cease to be gentle from it!
Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 500g
- Eggs chicken 6 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Cucumber 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise 100 g
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Table vinegar 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Step 1 For cooking you will need: chicken fillet, eggs, cucumber, onion, mayonnaise, 9% vinegar, vegetable oil and parsley for decoration.
- Step 2 Put the chicken fillet in a saucepan with water, after boiling, season with salt and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Step 3 Break into a bowl 1 egg, salt. Whisk with whisk.
- Step 4 Fry the egg in a frying pan oiled like a pancake - on both sides.
- Step 5 And so all 6 eggs.
- Step 6 Finely chop the onion and pour it with boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain and pour cold water, adding 1 teaspoon of vinegar. After 5 minutes, drain the water.
- Step 7 Egg pancakes cut into strips.
- Step 8 Chicken fillet cut into cubes.
- Step 9 Cut the cucumber into thin strips or cubes.
- Step 10 Put everything in a convenient bowl and season with mayonnaise. Serve with greenery.
