Green gazpacho This cold soup does not contain tomatoes, unlike the more popular and popular classic version of the dish. The composition includes only cucumbers. Peppermint significantly refreshes the taste, red fish gives nutrition and its note is also felt in the overall range of flavors. The dish is actual in the period of juicy sweetish ground cucumbers. There is a sense to cook it along with okroshka, a cold-hearted, when the debilitating heat and heat are reigning. Yogurt must be taken clean, that is, without any flavoring. Peeling the skin off cucumbers or not - it's a matter of taste. Only peppermint leaves are used, stems can be left for making mint tea. Since the dish is supposed to be cold, and cook it for a long time, it is desirable to take chilled foods: cucumbers, fish and yogurt, in particular.
Ingredients:- Cucumber 200 g
- Yoghurt drinking 100 ml
- Smoked trout 60 g
- Mint fresh 15 g
- Bread white 30 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 Prepare fresh cucumbers, lemon juice, yogurt, mint, bread (only crumb, without crust), a slice of fish.
- Step 2 Wash cucumbers, cut off the tips. Cut into small pieces and place in a bowl of a blender.
- Step 3 Add clean mint leaves and bread, sliced in small slices.
- Step 4 Fish also cut not large and add to the blender.
- Step 5 Salt and pour in the yogurt.
- Step 6 Grind everything together in a homogeneous puree, add the lemon juice. Mix. Adjust the taste for salt.
- Step 7 Serve immediately after preparation.
