- Ginger - 2 teaspoons (chopped or grated fresh)
- wine vinegar - 1 st. a spoon
- lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- green onions - 3 pieces
- jikam - 120 Grams
- melon - 1/2 Pieces
- sweet pepper - 1 piece
- blueberries - 220 Grams
- arrows - 120 Grams
- canola oil - 2 teaspoons
- Freshly ground black pepper - - To taste
Chop the green onions. Slice the jikama with straw. Cut the melon into cubes. Cut the sweet peppers into strips. Clean blueberries well. In a small bowl, whisk together ginger, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. In another bowl, chop the sliced green onions, jikam, melon, sweet pepper and blueberries. Pour the ginger mixture of lettuce and mix. Salad can be cooked 30 minutes before serving. Before serving, add a cocktail to the salad, sprinkle with oil and season with black pepper.
