The first thing you need to do is put rice. We put it in salted boiling water (the ratio of rice to water is 1 to 2) and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Zucchini and peppers are cut into cubes, boil the shrimp until cooked. Shrimp sprinkle with lime juice, salt and pepper. Leave the pickles for 10-15 minutes. Squash in a quick fire. After a couple of minutes, add the pepper to the zucchini. Fry further. When vegetables are softened, we add shrimp (together with lime juice) and wine. Stew until fluid evaporates. Once the liquid is completely evaporated - remove the pan from the fire. Ready rice (without liquid) is added to the pan, there also add ground ginger, nutmeg, olive oil, salt, pepper, a little lime juice. Stir, cover with a lid and let it brew for 10 minutes (already without fire). We lay out on plates and serve until it is cold! :)
