- figs - 8 pieces (divided in half)
- Mascarpone - 1/3 Cups
- honey - 1/3 cup
- ground cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoons
- Ground cardamom - 1/8 teaspoons
- ground fragrant pepper - 1/8 teaspoons
- sprigs of fresh mint - 4 pieces
Arrange the figs with the cut side up between the four bowls. Using a spoon, gently make a small indentation in the center of the pulp of each fig. Add a spoonful of mascarpone to the center of each half of the fig. Place the honey with spices in a small heat-resistant bowl and place it on a pot of boiling water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the honey melts and becomes warm, 1-2 minutes. Drizzle with honey each fig, decorate with mint sprigs and immediately serve.
