- flour - 1/2 cup
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- freshly ground pepper - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- fillets of white fish - 2 pieces
- butter - 2 items. spoons
- olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- almonds - 2 items. spoons
- parsley - 1 1/2 Art. spoons
- lemon - 1 piece (juice and finely chopped peel)
1. Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Roll the fish fillets in a flour mixture to cover the fish from all sides. Shake off excess flour. 2. Melt butter with olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. When the oil begins to foam, add the fillets. Fry until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Lay the fillets in a dish. 3. Add almonds, parsley greens, lemon zest and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a frying pan. Pour on fillets and serve with lemon wedges.
