Salt and mud of the Dead Sea

Do not be too lazy to smear butter on the beach: this way you not only protect the skin from burning, but also saturate the epidermis with necessary minerals, strengthening and rejuvenating it, and also suppressing inflammation in the skin, including acne, which often develop under the combined effect of sun and sunscreen . By the way, for such a "wrapping" - especially if it is a question of the most valuable mineral mud of the Dead Sea, which you can get absolutely free on the Jordanian coast - at the spa you will lay out at least 120 euros. Salt and mud of the Dead Sea are used in skin care and help in the treatment of many types of diseases.

One Water

Do you still think that sea water is only suitable for bathing? You are mistaken! In the morning, before the influx of vacationers (for hygienic reasons), do not be lazy to go ashore for gargling and mucus. Rinse is especially important for those who are prone to sore throats and laryngitis. Drinking with the nose of salty sea water (covering one nostril with a finger, the other pulling in water with force, leaving it for a few seconds, then vigorously blowing it out and repeating with another nostril) saves the body from accumulated mucus, normalizes the microflora, and if this exercise is rigorously performed every day within two weeks, will serve as an excellent prevention of unavoidable winter ARVI and ARI. And this is not all that the sea has to offer to its fans. The main thing is to know how to use what seems to be useless ...

All the salt

The farther south, the more often we notice crystals of salt settling on large coastal stones and discarded tree fragments. Do not be lazy to master the ancient profession of salt pickers - it is very, very useful! With salt crystals you can make a real spa massage-gommage. To do this, mix a glass of large crystals of collected sea salt with two tablespoons of olive oil and immediately, without waiting until the salt begins to dissolve, apply circular motions to the skin of the body. The direction of the massage is from the bottom up. Particular attention is given to problem areas: buttocks, hips, knees, stomach. Such a scrub helps to break down subcutaneous fats, and the skin under its influence instantly freshens and tightens. A similar scrub can be done for the face and for the lips. But in this case it is better to choose the smallest crystals to prevent microtraumas and instead of olive oil to use grape seed oil or peanut oil, if salt collection will enter into your habit during the whole vacation, you can accumulate enough of this valuable natural product to make salt at home baths for feet or brushes of a glass for a foot bath, two tablespoons - for manicure. Such sea "bathing" strengthens the nails, saturates them with minerals, makes the skin denser and more elastic and disinfects without harm. But from the idea to collect salt, to make baths at home for the whole body, it is better to refuse. To get a full sea bath at home, every time you need to add a kilogram of pure sea salt to the bath. Too troublesome; for these purposes it is better to purchase revitalizing salt in pharmacies.

We look under the feet

What do we have? Pebbles polished by a non-resting surf? Or gentle white coral sand? Both that, and another - the most valuable materials for beauty and health. Gather a fairly round (without sharp ends) pebbles 1-3 cm in diameter to cover it in two layers a square of approximately 40x40 cm. This is your future home simulator, which in the long winter months will provide a charge of vigor and energy from the very morning. Sprinkle pebbles in a large box (for example, from men's shoes, so you can freely get into it) and every morning march on them 7-10 minutes. This is a wonderful stimulating massage for the entire body, comparable to the sessions of professional acupuncture. Increased immunity, prevention of many diseases and, importantly, light legs, despite the whole day on his heels - all this can result from such a "beach walk". After all, on feet, as is known, a record number of energy points connected with all internal organs and systems of the body is concentrated. Sand, especially coral (saturated with microelements and minerals) can be used as a homemade scrub for the most rough areas of the skin: heels, elbows, knees. Sand scrub is used in some spa practices (for example, in the Maldives) and for the whole body as an addition to massage (there is intense exfoliation and an impulse to regenerate the upper layers of the skin), but for these purposes the sand should be very fine and clean. Shells, even the most beautiful and exotic, are unlikely to be used to care for themselves: they tend to have rather sharp edges. However, they can serve for another purpose - art therapy. Sealing the frames for photographs using shells, making a bracelet out of small identical shells or decorating the belt with them, you express yourself, you are engaged in creativity, which means you get excellent prophylaxis against seasonal depression.

Wasteless production

In our life, success and prosperity are achieved mainly by those who are able to benefit from completely, seemingly useless things ... Shrimp shells are a valuable source of chitosan, the very one that is the central component of many beauty-biological supplements. Accepted inside, chitosan interferes with the formation of cellulite, but at the same time promotes more active hair growth. In addition, it is considered one of the most effective means for losing weight. Of course, chewing dried skins on the beach under the amazed looks of German tourists and those who understand Chinese are not worth it. But some shells can be taken home, roasted in the oven, chopped in a mortar - and you get a superboadditive, which, taken 1-2 teaspoons a day, solves from the inside many problems with skin, nails, hair, helps to reduce weight. Dried seaweed left by the same surf and issuing a sharp smell to the entire beach, too, should not be left without attention. Of course, they should not be taken inside: for this you need to be sure that they have grown in ecologically clean conditions (which is doubtful in any resort zone). But, finally dried and thoroughly crushed, they will be a useful additive for the bath, as they will saturate tap water with a record amount of iodine, much needed skin (3-4 tablespoons of ground mixture per bath), and delicate peeling for the face and body, also carrying out mineralization of the skin (4 tablespoons of algae + 2 tablespoons of olive or sesame oil).
