1. Finely chop the shallots, garlic and parsley. Mix turkey meat, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Stir well until smooth. 2. To make hands with about 20 meatballs. Preheat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs from all directions to brown. 3. Cut the bread into two halves, the upper half being slightly thinner than the bottom. 5. Lay on the bottom half of bread a layer of meatballs in sauce, and on top put slices of Mozzarella cheese. Put in the oven. 6. As soon as the cheese melts and begins to boil, remove the sandwich from the oven, cover with a half of bread on top, cut into equal parts and serve with a sharp knife.
