1. Sprinkle yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add the olive oil and beat with a mixer at a low speed until smooth. Then pour the yeast mixture and mix. Lubricate a separate bowl with olive oil. Form a ball out of the test. Put in a bowl, having rolled in oil, cover tightly with plastic wrap and let it come for an hour.
