A sheet of puff pastry is thinly rolled. The central part is left untouched (we'll put the stuffing there), and cut the sides with a sharp knife, as shown in the photo. Then from these stripes we will weave a pigtail. We cook something like an omelet: fry mushrooms and sausage in a frying pan, then pour into the frying pan a mixture of beaten eggs and grated cheese. Cook 3-4 minutes on medium heat, then remove from heat and cool a bit. Add salt, pepper and parsley. We spread the filling into the center of the rolled dough. Plait the pigtail, as shown in the photo. As a result, our filling will be completely covered by the test. Lightly grease the cake with a beaten egg and put in the oven.
