Onions are cleaned. Two onions finely chopped, four onions while we leave alone. Mix the minced meat, finely chopped onions and one egg. Solim, pepper and mesim stuffing. The better you knead - the more delicious the steaks will turn out :) Then add the finely chopped greens to the stuffing. From the stuffing we form 4 steaks of the same size. In size they will be somewhere in the palm of your hand. Fry steaks in butter on both sides until a browned crust is formed over medium heat. When the crust is formed - remove from the fire and while we set aside. The remaining four onions are cut into rings. Fry the onion in the same pan in which our steaks have just been roasted. Literally 3 minutes - until golden. Actually, now there are only servings. We spread our steak on the plate, sprinkle it with fried onions, and put the fried egg on top. Sprinkle with herbs - and serve. Pleasant!
