Cooking meatballs In cooking, alcoholic beverages are often used as a high fortress, and weak. Beer also belongs to such beverages. Ingredients:- Pork pulp 500g

- Step 1 For the preparation of meatballs, take pork tenderloin, onion, egg, pickled cucumbers, tomato juice, light beer, vegetable oil, flour, black pepper and salt.
- Step 2 Meat through the fine grill meat mincers along with 1 onion.
- Step 3 In the mince add egg, pepper, salt and thoroughly mix the mass.
- Step 4 From the resulting stuffing to form balls the size of a small chicken egg and slightly flatten them.
- Step 5 Pulletized meatballs in flour.
- Step 6 Fry the products from both sides in the oil until browning and fold them into the fireproof pot.
- Step 7 Peel the cucumbers and cut into thin strips.
- Step 8 The remaining bulb is cleaned, cut in half, and then each halves are chopped into thin half rings and saved in oil.
- Step 9 Mix onion with tomato juice and beer, add salt to taste and boil.
