Kissel apple

Kissel is a universal cleanser. If you add natural berries and fruits (or their juices and extracts) to it, it will contain vitamins necessary for a person and practically the entire range of mineral substances. Prepared on the basis of starch, kissels have a strong enveloping effect, so they are useful for drinking in chronic inflammatory processes in the gastrointestinal tract. Kissels are nutritious, cheap, easy to prepare - this is an excellent means of restoring strength for people weakened by chronic ailments that have undergone surgical operations. Finally, the kissels are delicious.

My colleague wanted to quickly lose weight. And I decided to resort not to newfangled food additives and not to debilitating diets, but to old folk recipes. She began to prepare a variety of kissels. Two weeks later I saw her thinner and younger.

- Every evening instead of dinner I drank a jelly - oats, milk, raspberry and even citrus. And here is the result!

I, perhaps, did not pay much attention to this fact - there are not enough diets in the world, thanks to which women improve the figure! But when another friend of mine, suffering from a liver disease, told me that thanks to apple jelly it was almost cured, involuntarily became thoughtful. Lose weight by consuming starchy foods? Cure the liver with apple jelly? .. Fantastic! How can you not remember a fairytale country with milk rivers and hosel shores!

However, after thinking over what was told to me, I understood: nothing extraordinary or surprising happened in either case. The mechanism of therapeutic action of kissels on the body is easy to explain. The starch, which is part of the kissels, starts the processes of intensive removal of salts from the body, mainly sodium chloride. Starch is capable of absorbing and removing from the body not only salts, but also other harmful substances accumulated in it. This is especially useful for obesity, osteochondrosis of the spine, hypertension, kidney failure, liver disease, cholesterol-clogged heart vessels, poorly healing skin diseases, even in malignant tumors.

The most popular, perhaps, oats-milk jelly. He is preparing so. Oat flakes "Hercules" should be diluted with cold milk and left for swelling (for 100 g "Hercules" take 2 cups of milk). When the cereal swells, filter the milk through a strainer and put it on the fire. In the boiled milk, gently add, stirring, a tablespoon of starch and honey (or sugar) to taste.

Oat-milk and milk jelly are useful in peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum. Drinking them is recommended daily for a glass for a month.

With ulcers of the stomach and duodenum it is useful to drink regularly and kissel from the dog rose. 2 tbsp. Spoon dry powdered wild rose hips pour three glasses of water, put on fire and simmer under the lid for 10-15 minutes, then cool and strain through a double layer of gauze. In a small amount of warm water dilute 2 tbsp. spoons of starch and honey (or sugar) to taste and pour into the broth of dogrose, stirring gently.

Very useful raspberry jelly. In summer it is prepared from fresh, and in winter - from dried berries. Boil in two glasses of water for several minutes 2 tbsp. spoonfuls of dry raspberries, lightly cool, strain and pour, stirring vigorously, into a container, having previously put a dessert spoonful of starch into it.

Citrus jelly is prepared with lemon or orange juice. In two glasses of steep boiling water squeeze juice from half a lemon or one orange, adding sugar to taste. In a glass or enameled container put a tablespoon of starch, diluted with a small amount of water, and pour into it a prepared citrus mixture. Kissel is ready.

Once a neighbor came to me, who suffered from an adenoma of the prostate gland. I suggested that he drink citrus fruit jelly every day, alternating it with jelly from Icelandic moss. It is prepared as follows: 3 cups washed and crushed moss cook on low heat in a liter of water. Moss pre-soak in a solution of soda - to remove bitterness. Broth strain and add to it 2 cups of water, in which was a mashed cranberry (about 1/2 cup) and sugar to taste. All again bring to a boil. Separately dilute in a small amount of water 2 tbsp. tablespoons of starch and pour into it a boiling mixture, stirring thoroughly.

After two months of such treatment, the neighbor stopped complaining about the poor state of health. Moreover, the tumor significantly decreased on the X-ray. In this case, the treatment was complex: the starch cleared the body well, citrus and cranberry sated it with vitamins, minerals and phytoncides, and Icelandic moss is traditionally used as a folk antitumor agent.

Once, my colleague and I went on a business trip. Suddenly, our neighbor in the compartment became ill with heart. I rushed to my medical case, but unfortunately, nitroglycerin was not in it.

Then the colleague took out his thermos, poured a glass of some odorous kissel and gave it to our fellow traveler. He drank the jelly, lay for a few minutes, then stood up, began to smile. He was helped by a cherry quiche. The bird cherry contains a lot of vitamin K, which normalizes the work of the cardiovascular system. I immediately asked for a recipe for cooking wild cherry jelly. 200 g dry (seasonal fresh berries) must be filled with 300 ml of water and boiled over low heat under the lid for 10 minutes, then strain and add half a glass of warm water, in which sugar is diluted to taste and a tablespoon of starch.

In winter and spring - during the cold season - my family for preventive purposes drinks a rowan-airo jelly. Dry berries of mountain ash contain a large amount of vitamin C and carotene, which, in addition to other beneficial properties, has the ability to restore the mucous membrane of the bronchi and lungs. The roots of the aura contain a lot of essential oil, which exerts an expectorant effect. To 2 tbsp. (1/2 tsp), pour two cups of boiling water over a slow fire, simmer for about 8-10 minutes, then strain and, stirring carefully, gradually pour the starch dissolved in water (2 tablespoons) , add sugar or honey to taste.

With any type of cold helps with a potassium jelly. Minerals contained in the Kalina, especially potassium, as well as vitamins, phytoncides and essential oils, strengthen immunity, mobilize protective forces. Prepare the potassium jelly so. First you need to dilute a tablespoon of starch in a small amount of cold boiled water. Then mix 50 ml of vine juice with sugar or honey to taste and pour two glasses of hot water. Add the prepared starch to a mixture of water and juice and mix thoroughly.

And here is how to cook apple jelly, which helped my friend cure the liver. Slice a few apples, pour two cups of boiling water, boil a few minutes. Cook the boiled apples, wipe through a sieve and put in a decoction. Mix the apple broth with the previously diluted starch and mix thoroughly. Treatment should be carried out for a month, drinking a glass of apple jelly twice a day.

With pulmonary diseases, drink a cranberry jelly every day for two weeks, cooked according to the usual recipe. It contains vitamins and minerals, while harmful toxins will be intensively removed from the body.

Once I noticed that long-living people drink a variety of kissels - from apples, cherries, strawberries, oranges. One ninety-two-year-old lady told me that she regularly cooks her brand jelly - an excellent remedy for preventing many diseases. I called it a honey jelly. In a glass of warm water, dilute a tablespoon of honey. In a honey solution add a teaspoon of lemon juice, bring the mixture to a boil. Then, with continuous stirring, pour into it a dessert spoon of starch diluted in a little water.

And the last. Preparing the jelly for treatment, try to get them either thick or medium density. Do not long boil Kiseli. They are more pleasant to drink hot or warm, but they are better absorbed in a cold form.
