Recipe number 1. Chicken bouillon.

Few people know that this fragrant, light, delicious soup is also extremely useful! Scientists have proven that the broth contains substances that reduce the amount of mucus secreted by the body, and in the same way help it to cope more effectively with the infection! No wonder many mothers from childhood spoil their children with this delicious medicine.

Recipes for cooking chicken broth can be found in plenty. Here's one of them.

You will need: chicken, onion head, several cloves of garlic, medium-sized carrots, a little black peppercorn, a little seasoning of curry, parsley and dill greens (can be dried or frozen).

We take a large saucepan. Great, because the main ingredient in this medicine is the broth, and it should be a lot. We cut the chicken into two equal parts. One is sent to the freezer to wait for its turn, the second part is under cold water, put it in a prepared pan, pour it with water and put it on the fire.
