- olives - 60 Grams
- Spaghetti - 450 Grams
- olive oil - 4 items. spoons
- salt - 1 piece
- red pepper - 1 piece (to taste)
In the saucepan, heat olive oil and quickly fry the red pepper and garlic. add the anchovies and fry until the garlic begins to change color. Do not burn garlic. When frying, mix the ingredients very quickly so that the anchovies do not burn. Add capers, tomatoes ... a little parsley, olives ... .... and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Prepare spaghetti as directed by the manufacturer, drain the water. Place on plates and pour sauce. Sprinkle the remaining parsley.
