- Pineapple - 1 Piece
- Water - 4 Cups
- Sugar - 0,5 Cups
- Ginger - 2 Teaspoons
- Ice - 10 pieces
Pineapple, 1 glass of water, and mix the sugar in a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add 3 cups of water and 2 teaspoons of ginger. Close, place in the refrigerator, leave to cool (about 4 hours). Strain into a pitcher so that there are no curly pieces of pineapple. You can add more ginger to taste.
