Ingredients: Make sure that all vegetables are thoroughly washed before cooking. We cut onions and celery, put them in a saucepan. We cut the leeks with rings. Put in a pan and add 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil. Fry the onion over low heat. We cut carrots, turnips and potatoes into small pieces. We combine tomatoes, carrots, turnips and potatoes with fried onions. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. After that, add the chicken broth. Add the spices and onion to the scallion.
