Ingredients. Almonds are turned into flour using a blender or processor. My apples, cleaned from the core and peel, cut into thin slices. In a frying pan, bring to a boil about half a glass of water with 1 tbsp. Sahara. When the sugar dissolves - add the apples in the pan and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes, remembering to stir. Butter with the remaining sugar whisk to a homogeneous state at a low speed mixer. We introduce into the oily mixture yolks, separated from proteins. There also add lemon peel (or lime), juice of half a lemon (or half of lime) and ground almond flour. Mix to homogeneity. Whisk the whites to sufficiently hard peaks. Accurately introduce whipped proteins into the dough. In the lubricated with butter molds we spread apples. On top of the apples we lay a layer of dough. Level the top. We put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 45 minutes. Serve preferably in a warm form. Bon Appetit! ;)
