- Rice - 200 Grams
- Champignons - 250 Grams
- Parsley - 10 Grams
- Garlic - 3 Teeth
- Lemon - 1/2 Pieces
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 3 items. spoons
Rinse the rice with cold water and cook. Finely chopped mushrooms fry in vegetable oil. When the water evaporates, add finely chopped garlic to the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Put the rice in a deep bowl. Then add to the rice ready mushrooms, finely chopped parsley and zest with half a lemon. Stir well, place on plates and serve hot. Bon Appetit!
