- Tiger shrimps - 30 pieces (fresh or frozen)
- Bread crumbs - 1 glass
- Grated Parmesan - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 Art. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 20 milliliters
We begin with the most dreary - you need to clean the shrimp. We delete the vein and armor, the tail can be left if desired. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. We take two bowls - in one we beat eggs with flour, in the other we mix grated Parmesan with bread crumbs. Each shrimp is first dipped in an egg-flour mixture, then rolled in cheese and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil over a rapid fire for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove the unwanted grease with a napkin before feeding. Serve with your favorite sauce and, of course, beer. Pleasant!
