- sugar - 11/3 Glass
- eggs - 2 pieces
- egg whites - 2 pieces
- unsweetened apple sauce - 1/2 cup
- canola oils - 1/3 Cups
- flour - 1 glass
- wheat flour - 1 glass
- soda - 11/2 Teaspoons
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- of ground sweet pepper - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- ground cloves - 1/4 Teaspoons
- grated carrot - 3 cups
- ounces of low-fat cheese - 6 pieces
- softened butter or margarine - 1 st. a spoon
- vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- powdered sugar - 3 cups
- chopped walnuts - 1/4 Cups
- coconut shaving - 3 st. spoons
In a bowl, mix the first five ingredients until smooth. Combine the flour, soda, salt and spices, add the eggs to the mixture and mix well. Add carrots and raisins. Pour into a baking dish covered with a non-stick food spray. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center will not come out clean. Cool on the grate. For glaze in a bowl, whip the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Drive in the sugar. Pour the frosting frosting cake. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut shavings. To cool.
