Gentle sauce I suggest preparing an unusual sauce from avokado. His taste reminded me of a cucumber salad, green onions and eggs with sour cream. Therefore I gave it to boiled eggs. A very good sauce from avocado to bread toast. Avocados need to take a soft, creamy texture. Net weight of pulp I obtained 130 g. Sour cream can be taken half-full with mayonnaise. Fresh greens, if any, will also not be superfluous. Garlic must remove the internal germ, if any.
Ingredients:- Avocado 1 pc.

- Onion green 30 g
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.

- Step 1 Prepare avocado, sour cream, lemon, onion, garlic.

- Step 3 Add sour cream, chopped green onion, a little salt, pepper black ground, garlic.
- Step 4 Squeeze out the lemon juice. Add 1 tbsp. l. juice in a blender.
- Step 5 Beat the prepared foods in a homogeneous mass. Try it. If you want to add salt, pepper or lemon juice to taste.
