Tilapia baked with lemon and olives How to cook dry fish so that in the end it turns out juicy and soft? The answer is simple: bake it in the oven, watering the original sauce with lemon and olives. In our case, tilapia with lemon was used to fulfill this idea, but you can take any white fish - cod, dorado, halibut, hake and even pollock, in any case the dish will be much tastier and more fragrant than if you simply fry fish or bake it under mayonnaise. Although the tastes do not argue, for someone else is acceptable only such a high-calorie way of cooking - with fat mayonnaise and cheese.
