By tradition, we get acquainted with the ingredients. From the nettle bushes we only need leaves - they are, in fact, harmless and do not bite :) Leaves of nettles must first be doused with boiling water, hold them in boiling water for about a minute, then drain the water. We put nettle leaves in the blender, as well as nuts, garlic, olive oil and salt. Grind to homogeneity. For croutons cooked in your favorite way (best dried in a dry frying pan), put a little of our nettle sauce, sprinkle it with grated cheese (Adygea fits well, but any will go), sprinkle with olive oil, let it steep for 5 minutes and serve.
