Useful pork with cream sauce
For 4 servings: 8 pork schnitzels (80 g each), 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tables. tablespoons of butter, salt, 1 onion, 1 pod of red sweet pepper, 75 ml of white wine, 200 ml of cream, ground paprika.
Preparation of this recipe:
1. Pepper meat and roll in flour. In a frying pan, dissolve butter and fry the schnitzels (4-5 minutes on each side). From the frying pan, add salt and place in a warm oven.
2. Peel onion and finely chop. Prepare the sweet pepper, cut into small cubes and, together with onion, passer in the fat from the frying of meat. Pour in the wine and cream. Salt, pepper and season with ground paprika. Sauce cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly and without covering the lid. Hot sauce pour the sauce and let stand for a while (1 min). The dish should be served on preheated plates.

Dumplings in tomato
For 4 servings: 1 kg of boiled potatoes, salt, 2 yolks, 250 g of flour, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 500 grams of cut tomatoes, 100 grams of rucola, ground black pepper, 100 g of grated cheese.
Preparation of this recipe:
1. Boil the potatoes in a uniform in salted water (20-25 minutes). Peel and knead hot. A little salt. Add the yolks and so much flour so that the dough does not stick to your hands.
2. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll the sausages as thick as a finger and cut them into pieces 2-3 cm long. Press down the pieces with a fork and put them in boiling salted water. Cook min 5 so that all the dumplings come to the surface.
3. Chop onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Add tomatoes. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes. Stir the stool for 1 min. until the end of the sauce cooking time. Salt, pepper, season with 50 grams of grated cheese and serve with dumplings. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. This dish is very useful.

Medallions with dumplings (useful food)
For 4 servings: 500 g of potato dumplings, salt, 600 g of pork fillet, 2 table. spoons of vegetable oil, 1 onion, 300 g of frozen chanterelles or champignons, 1 pod of red sweet pepper, 4 sprigs of sage, 5 table. spoons of mushroom sauce
Preparation of this recipe:
1. Prepare and boil the potato dumplings. Cut the meat, cut into 8 slices. Fry in 1 table. a spoonful of vegetable oil (1 minute from each side) and for 10 minutes bring it to the ready in the oven, heated to 150 °.
2. Peel onion and cut into slices. Mushrooms peel and dirt, boil (15 minutes). Prepare the sweet pepper and cut into diamonds. Sage chopped. Onion and mushrooms fry in oil.
3. Put the dumplings with a whisk and mix it together with the sage and mushroom sauce to the vegetables. Season and serve with pork medallions.

Dumplings in cheese sauce
For 1 serving: 50 g of Gorgonzola cheese, 50 ml of cream, 100 ml of broth, salt, ground black pepper, grated nutmeg, 200 g of potato dumplings
Preparation of this recipe:
1. For the sauce to crumble gorgonzola. Cream and broth pour into the saucepan, bring to a boil, put the cheese and melt. Boil until the consistency of the cream. Salt, pepper and season with nutmeg. Put the sauce in a warm oven.
2. Prepare the dumplings. Bring a sufficient amount of salted water to the boil and dip the dumplings into it. Cook until all the dumplings come to the surface (5 min).
3. Pull dumplings out of the pan with a noise, letting the water drain, lay on a plate and pour with cheese sauce. Sprinkle with black pepper, if desired.
